PioneerQ LLC ("PioneerQ," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas-based software company that builds AI-powered tools for eCommerce merchants. Our products are distributed through the WooCommerce Marketplace and other commerce platforms.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use any PioneerQ product or service, including WordPress/WooCommerce plugins, SaaS dashboards, APIs, and our website.

3.1 Store Data (via WooCommerce Plugins)

When you install and activate a PioneerQ plugin, we access the following data from your WooCommerce store through the WooCommerce REST API:

  • Product data: Product names, SKUs, prices, stock quantities, categories, and product status

  • Order data: Order dates, order status, line item quantities, and revenue totals (aggregated)

  • Store metadata: Store URL, WooCommerce version, WordPress version, plugin version, and PHP version

We do NOT collect:

  • Customer names, email addresses, or personal information

  • Payment or billing details (credit card numbers, bank accounts)

  • Customer IP addresses or browsing behavior

  • Login credentials or passwords

  • Shipping addresses or phone numbers

3.2 Account Information

When you register for a PioneerQ account or purchase a subscription, we collect:

  • Name and email address

  • Business name and website URL

  • Billing information (processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers)

3.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Plugin activation and deactivation events

  • Feature usage (which pages and tools are accessed)

  • Error logs and performance metrics

  • Browser type and device information when accessing our web dashboard

3.4 Cookies

Our website and web dashboard use essential cookies for authentication, session management, and security. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide our services: Analyze your inventory data, generate AI recommendations, execute recovery actions, and display dashboards

  • Improve our products: Identify bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

  • Communicate with you: Send transactional emails (account confirmation, subscription receipts, critical plugin updates), and respond to support requests

  • Maintain security: Detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse

We do NOT:

  • Sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties

  • Use your store data to train AI models on identifiable merchant information

  • Share individual store data with other merchants or competitors

  • Display advertising based on your data

5. Data Processing and AI

Our AI recommendation engine processes your store's product and order data to generate inventory insights and recovery recommendations. This processing occurs on our secure servers. We may use aggregated, anonymized data (where no individual store can be identified) to improve our models and benchmark performance.

6. How We Share Information

We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery) who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations

  • Legal requirements: If required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request

  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the successor entity

  • With your consent: We will share data with other parties only when you explicitly authorize it

7. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption

  • After cancellation: Store data is retained for 30 days after subscription cancellation to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted

  • Account deletion: Upon request, we will delete all your data within 30 days

  • Aggregated analytics: Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify any individual store may be retained indefinitely for product improvement

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
